Vendor Alignment

Why We're Here

Vendors must align with the mission of Bainbridge Pride, which is to promote equality for all LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and to create a safe, accepting, and loving space for community members, families, and allies.

Vendors who wish to promote a message that is wholly unrelated to Pride or contrary to the mission of Bainbridge Pride will not be considered.

Licenses & Permits

  • Vendors who sell goods must have a valid Washington State business license and follow all applicable laws, including the collection and payment of sales taxes, as appropriate.

  • Vendors selling or sampling prepared food or beverages must have a valid Kitsap Public Health food permit.

  • Vendors using any form of grill, barbecue, gas burner, or open flame, or operating a gas- or propane-powered generator must adhere to the regulations of the Bainbridge Island Fire Marshall.

Please reach out to festival organizers at vendors@BainbridgePride.org if you have questions.
